The Full Day Camp consists of two divisions, Lower Camp (entering K & 1st) and Upper Camp (entering 2nd - 6th). A series of activities are planned to ensure a day of variety and fun. In addition to a daily swim lesson, our camp activities may include: sports, arts, music, recreational swim, dance & movement, nature, science, crafts, gaga ball, and more! There is also some emphasis on outdoor education woven into the camp program. The instructional activities may include creative arts, high-low ropes course, clay, archery and swimming.
The Lower Camp offers a well-rounded experience in a nurturing and noncompetitive environment. This age group introduces exciting activities such as archery and low ropes course. Children have a swim lesson in the morning and a recreational swim time in the afternoon.
Once campers begin Upper Camp, choice activities become a part of their program. We put daily opportunities into the schedule that allow the children in Upper Camp to spend extra time in activities that they find the most exciting, and to spend more time with campers of similar interests. Choices may include science experiments, art, yoga, friendship bracelets, dance, gaga ball, hand sewing projects, board-games, indoor tennis, ultimate frisbee, newcomb, capture the flag, and more! All of the Choice Activities are led or supervised by one of our Activity Specialists to ensure that the campers get quality instruction.
Our facilities have air conditioned buildings, an archery range, fields, a large gymnasium, two heated, outdoor pools. They wonderfully support our elementary school-aged campers.
