Sixth graders host their senior pen pals for gathering on campus

This morning, sixth graders welcomed their pen pals from the Wellesley Council on Aging for a special social event, celebrating ten months of monthly letter exchanges. The gathering began in the Christian B. Elliot Community Center foyer, where students greeted their pen pals before leading them through campus to Wells Playhouse, where everyone enjoyed refreshments and engaged in lively conversation. The morning concluded on a musical note, with the sixth graders performing two songs for their senior friends.
