Big Friend/Little Friend program celebrates the spirit of friendship this Valentine's Day

With Valentine's Day approaching, Tenacre students have been gathering as part of the Big Friend/Little Friend program to celebrate the spirit of friendship. This cherished program pairs pre-kindergartners with fourth graders, kindergarteners with fifth graders, and first graders with sixth graders. This week, pre-k and fourth graders met to exchange friendship valentines and then played together, while first and sixth graders met to decorate valentine bags celebrating their special bond. There was a lot of joy in these meetings as students of different ages connected and strengthened their friendships!
