History of the Fair
The Tenacre Fair has been a cherished school tradition since 1991, when it debuted under the name "Orchardfest." This original name paid tribute to the Phyllis Scoboria Orchard on campus. The inaugural celebration featured classic fair attractions including a moonwalk, dunk tank, yard sale, and silent auction. As the years passed, people began using both "Orchardfest" and "Tenacre Fair" interchangeably. To establish consistency, the school officially adopted "Tenacre Fair" as the event's name in May 2018. The upcoming 2025 celebration will mark the Fair's 34th anniversary.
