Tenacre welcomes activist Ruby Bridges, who will lead a virtual discussion with students in Grades 3-6. In 1960, Ms. Bridges was the first Black/African American child to desegregate the William Frantz Elementary School in Louisiana. Ms. Bridges will share the story of what it was like for her to be six years old during this tumultuous time.
