We are thrilled that camp has 2 HEATED pools! Our current pools were built in 2017, so they are still very new! The swimming pools are specially designed to provide the safest and best possible instructional settings.
Pool #1 : The first pool is approx 50' x 25'. It is a teaching pool (3' to 3' 6'') for our younger age groups to learn how to swim.
Pool #2 : Large pool (70' x 40') that gradually slopes from 3' depth to 9' depth at the deepest portion. This allows our older campers more room to practice their strokes, and refine their swimming skills.
Art and Music Buildings
The Art and Music buildings provide perfect space to carry on our music, clay, and arts and crafts programs. The art building features all elementary art equipment and materials. The beautiful music room is a great space for our campers to sing their favorite camp songs!
The Academic Building houses the school's library, technology center, five classrooms, a courtyard, and administration offices. The academic building conveniently connects to the existing facilities allowing lots of space for summer programs.
The playhouse offers a large floor space and stage for a variety of activities throughout the summer.
The School House Building has many spacious rooms and serves as the home of our youngest campers. These groups have their own room with a large variety of pre-school toys and games.
Tenacre Science Center
The Tenacre Science Center provides the focus for our nature and specialty programs. The center features 2 large classrooms, a greenhouse, and a tidal pool.
Centennial Field is a regulation-size soccer and field hockey field.
The regulation size gymnasium is an excellent location for our indoor instructional sports and games program, and our indoor Ropes and Challenge course is on the other side. Located next to the gym are two locker rooms.
Ropes Challenge Course
The ropes course was again a tremendous success last summer. A ropes course is a place where one can climb high or try to balance on a swinging beam while learning to trust peers. The ropes course curriculum is filled with important values like teamwork, sportsmanship, cooperation, effort, and meeting challenges. It is supervised by a fully trained and certified mature staff.
Cafeteria and Community Center with Stage
The beautiful new Cafeteria and Community Center are wonderful new spaces for our camp!
