This week, Tenacre students deepened their Big Friend/Little Friend bonds through meaningful gatherings. At yesterday's assembly, fourth graders introduced their Little Friends to pre-k students, sharing their hopes for the school year—from mastering letters to making new friends and having wonderful experiences. The pre-k students stood proudly alongside their Big Friends.  Today, the same group participated in a combined P.E. class, much to the delight of everyone involved! First and sixth graders also gathered this week in the sixth-grade classroom for a community service activity. These cross-grade connections brought joy to everyone involved.
