THE CLASS OF 2008 GIFT IS HAVING A GREAT YEAR!

We are thrilled to announce that the 6th Grade Gift has raised $156,236, and we are well on our way to 100% parent participation!! We thank the many parents and grandparents who have already given, and we also thank the Bordens and Loughlins for leading this effort for the Class of 2008.

The Class of 2008 Gift is a legacy which for the past 10 years the graduating class has left to the school. This year we would like to focus on a variety of things which include: SmartBoards, Alpha Smarts; the creation of an Art Gallery in the hallway around the courtyard; benches for the dismissal area; and a mural in the stairwell leading from the foyer down to the Dareshori Gymnasium. However, in order to provide flexibility to the School in allocating funds between these various initiatives, we ask that your gift be unrestricted.

The additional area we would like to support is the Sixth Grade Scholarship Fund, established by the parents of the Class of 2004. This fund supports any student at Tenacre, not just a sixth grader. It is a wonderful way for this class to provide opportunity for future generations of students.

All gifts to Tenacre are invaluable and there is still plenty of time to make a gift as our fiscal year ends on June 30, 2008. We thank you for your on going support of Tenacre.
