Learning Consultant
The Learning Consultant provides diagnostic evaluations of students for whom teachers require additional information regarding learning abilities and academic skills. She also performs the individual developmental admission screening for candidates applying for admission in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten and may assist homeroom teachers with their screening of Grade 1-6 candidates. She sometimes works with individual students and small groups.

Reading/Language Arts Coordinator
The Reading/Language Arts Coordinator teaches reading at various grade levels, provides individual instruction as needed, works with the Learning Consultant to administer assessments, and consults with homeroom teachers concerning support, enrichment and teaching practices. In addition, the Coordinator monitors the language arts maps for Grades PK-2 and the reading maps for Grades PK-6.

Math Coordinator
The Math Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the math program, Grades PK to Grade 6. He works with teachers to improve math instruction and provides enrichment and remedial support as appropriate. He serves as a resource for professional development and works to identify interdisciplinary connections across the curriculum.

Curriculum Mapping Coordinator
Curriculum mapping is a procedure for collecting data about Tenacre's curriculum using a standard form, completed each month for each subject. Each teacher is then able to present an overview of his/her students' actual learning experiences. Uniform headings provide us with a common way of looking at what is taught. Reviewing completed maps allows teachers to check for continuity within their own program and with the grades below and ahead.

Tenacre's mapping coordinator summarizes and prioritizes the information that is collected, then meets with each teaching team to review the positive feedback and questions that arose regarding their grade level maps.
